We operate this store and website—including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services—to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Second-chance.studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Access & Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that any minors in your care may use the Services on your devices. To use the Services you may need to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity on your account. Accounts are not transferable.

Our Products

We strive to present our products accurately, but actual colors or appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We make no warranty that products will meet your expectations or match online depictions. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Second-chance.studio may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Acceptance occurs when we confirm receipt of payment and send you an order confirmation. Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you via the contact details you provided. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal use, not for resale.

Pricing & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price in effect when you order. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges, unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and to update it as needed. You warrant that you are authorized to use any payment method you supply and that payment will be honored.

Shipping & Delivery

• Please confirm your shipping address carefully; we cannot redirect orders once they ship.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During peak or sale periods, processing may take up to 4 working days.
• All international orders are shipped via UPS, with an estimated 2–5 business days delivery time worldwide.
• Order and parcel administration are managed by NoParcels.
• Flat shipping rate: €10 per order.
• All shipments include tracking.
• Multiple orders to the same address/account may be combined and shipping fees adjusted.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier networks.
• If a package is returned by the carrier, you will be charged the actual shipping fee; the product cost will be refunded upon receipt.

Returns & Refunds

• Unworn, unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• A 10% return/restock fee applies to all returned items (excluding damaged or defective products).
• Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
• To initiate a return, contact my@second-chance.studio with your order number and reason for return.
• Returned items that are used or not in original condition will be refused and returned to sender.
• Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected; please allow 2–3 weeks for completion. Refunds are issued in EUR to the original payment method.

Third-Party Services

We use selected third-party partners to provide and enhance our services, including:

• UPS – parcel delivery (international)
• NoParcels – order and parcel administration
• Klaviyo – email marketing and customer communication
• Shopify – e-commerce platform and payment processing

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. You access such sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies before use.

Relationship with Shopify

Second-chance.studio is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and Second-chance.studio; Shopify is not responsible for any claims related to your purchases.

Privacy Policy

All personal data we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Feedback

If you submit feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it. You confirm that you own the Feedback and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, without prior notice.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized data collection, spamming, hacking, impersonation, or any activity that harms our Services or others.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time without notice. Sections on intellectual property, indemnification, warranties, liability, and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second-chance.studio and our partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Second-chance.studio, Shopify, and our affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver & Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Second-chance.studio.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts for resolving any disputes.
